ACCOMMODATION:

All accommodation changes are now to go directly through the hotel.

The conference has secured rooms at special conference rates at several hotels and apartments. To make a booking, complete the details during registration. You will need to select your hotel, indicate arrival and departure dates, arrival time and provide at least one night's deposit in advance to secure your booking.
* Sharing rooms - Sharing rooms does not result in any increase in tariff and is an effective means of reducing the cost of attending the meeting. Please indicate on your registration the room style you require and, if known, the names of other delegates with whom you wish to share. Each person will be charged one night in advance.
* Extending your stay - the venues will offer the conference rate to delegates arriving early or staying on after the conference. Simply indicate your arrival and departure dates on your application. Changes to your booking - should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.
* Check-in times - rooms are not guaranteed available until 2:00 pm on the day of check-in though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel itself. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.

RATES and HOTELS:

PLEASE NOTE: Some hotels require credit card details upon booking and prepayment of one night’s deposit up to 60 days prior to check-in. Hotel booking policies are very restrictive, if you have to cancel once a booking is made please contact the conference secretariat as soon as possible, deposit refunds may not be available.
