Registration includes:

* Access to the sessions of your choice from Sunday the 4th of July 2010 to Thursday 8th of July 2010
* Conference satchel complete with program book and abstract book
* Morning/afternoon teas and lunches for the days of nominated attendance
* The welcome reception on the evening of Sunday 4th July (not included in 1 & 2 day registrations)
* GST

Activities / Add-Ons:

Welcome Function Tickets are included with a full delegate registration. However during registration you will be asked to confirm if you are attending to ensure accurate catering numbers.

Partner Welcome Tickets are available for $45.00 if you wish to purchase a ticket for a non delegate.

Conference Dinner Tickets are not included in your registration, if you would like to attend the conference dinner on the Wednesday night it is $45.00 and you need to select this during the registration process.

RACI retired Members- RACI retired members can attend the H&A convention session on Thursday 8 July for free and there is no need to register

Payment Options / Conditions:

Acknowledgement:  Immediately upon completion of online registration, you will be sent a lodgement confirmation email which includes a tax invoice as an attachment. Within 2 working days of your registration you will be sent a registration confirmation email by an ASN Events staff member. If you do not receive both of these please contact the ASN Events office.

Early bird Payment:
  If your registration was made before the early bird deadline, but the payment was not made at the time and has not been received by two weeks after the deadline, the discount will be removed.

Payments:  Payment can be made at the time of registration by credit card (visa or MasterCard). All online registrations are checked by the secretariat before any credit card authorisation is sought. It is impossible for the secretariat to charge the same registration twice if you inadvertently repeat the process. If there is any query they will contact you. ASN Events support responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal police and the Immigration office. For those who do not wish to pay by credit card, two alternatives are offered. Payment be made by cheque (by yourself or your organisation), or alternatively if you are a member of a group of registrants, as a single payment for the whole group. Group members must include the name of their Group Leader and their email address.  Direct debit information is available from the ASN Office once you are registered.

Changes:  Any changes to the registration and accommodation booking should be directed in an email to the conference secretariat who will endeavour to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy:  Registration cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of AUD$100 if made in writing before the 21st May 2010.  No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.
