The official poster sessions are on Monday 5th , Tuesday 6th and Wednesday 7th July, from 11.00am - 12.30pm. These sessions are themed and if you are presenting a poster in the Congress you have been allocated a session to stand by your poster. You will have received an email from ASN Events with your session details. You will find your abstract number in the delegate handbook available at the conference. If your poster is an odd number you will be required to stand by your poster from 11.00am - 11.45am. If your poster is an even number you will be required to stand by your poster from 11.45am - 12.30pm.

Your poster can be no larger than 1metre wide and 1.2metres high. It can be attached to the poster board with velcro. Additional velcro supplies can be found at the registration desk.
